Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items need to be new and in it's original condition. .

Please include the return form with all returns.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Personalized items are not returnable

Nursing tank/tops and bra's

Underpants~undergarments

Tummy Tub

Pacifiers

Bottles (used) need to be in original packaging to return.

Slings (used)

Any clothing that has been worn.

ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NOT APPEAR TO BE USED/WORN

If an item is returned that is not acceptable or on the list will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be made.

When an item is returned that was shipped for free, our acutal shipping charges will be subtracted from the original price.

Yes, you may pick items up. Please contact us to schedule a time.

Shipping

All items are shipped free within the US.

YES we do ship international.  Buyer is responsible for any customs fees and/or import duties.

We ship most items via USPS. If feasible we may ship via UPS, if that’s the case we can NOT ship to a P.O. Box. We will contact you if this is the case or please contact us if you have any questions.

Most items are shipped out within a day of received payment. M-F. If you need an item faster, please purchase priority or express shipping at checkout.

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, especially the mom made and personalized items.

Free gift is shipped when a purchase is greater then $15.00. When an item is shipped directly from the manufacture; no free gift will be sent.

Sales tax will be added for sales within the state of MN.

We do our very best to help the enviroment; so we recycle many boxes to ship your items out!! (of course if they are in good shape)
