Do you price match?

Yes! We will match any item that you find elsewhere that is in stock. (item price + shipping)


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! It’s calculated at checkout.  You are responsible for any duty/custom fees.


How are items shipped?

Most items are shipped via USPS.  Some items maybe shipped via UPS.


Can I have item shipped express?

Yes! Please contact us for a quote.


When should my item be shipped?

We ship items out M-F; we do our best to get items out within 48 hours.  Some items are personalized or ship directly to you from the manufacture, so please allow extra processing time.


What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy.  Item(s) must be returned in new condition with tags and not soiled.  The following items can not be returned:

  • Bras
  • Personalized items
  • Opened bottles
  • Customized Items


What is the return procedure?

Please fill out the return form.  We will credit you in the form you had paid, minus the actual shipping cost we paid to ship the item to you. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.


What if the sling doesn’t fit?

You may exchange it or get a credit.  Please fill out the return form.  If you want to exchange the item, please indicate it on the form, or to make sure the item you want is in stock; purchase it and will credit your account when we receive the other item.
