- Characteristics: This figure practically shimmers, an adaptation that allows cloud dragons to go almost completely undetected. On clear days, their shiny bodies reflect the sun, making it difficult for observers to glimpse the high-flying dragons.
- Size and Color: All the colors of the sky are here, from light blue, to grey, to stormy purple. Blood-red eyes complete the 8 ½ inch long figure, making it as long as a piece of copy paper is wide.

History
Cloud dragons were discovered much later than other species, as humans only gained the ability to explore the skies in the later part of the eighteenth century. The first cloud dragons were reported by balloonists, whose frightened claims were ignored by many.
Story
The morning sky was grey, but the fog had lifted and the sun promised to break through later, so the pair of balloonists decided to lift off shortly after dawn. The newest fad sweeping Europe was floating in hot air balloons, an invention that promised new experiences to explorers like themselves. Up they floated, adding heat and pulling ropes to keep the balloon afloat. They passed through thin, low-hanging clouds to where the sun burned more brightly, when suddenly, a dark shadow moved quickly across their balloon. Something much, much larger than a bird had passed between them and the sun, with a noise like rushing wind. Staring upward, the sun made it impossible for them to see clearly, but a shimmering silvery shape appeared to be soaring through the clear sky, swooping between clouds. Little did they know, they were the first humans to spy a cloud dragon.

Returns: Returns will be considered within 14 days from delivery date. All returns must be pre-approved. If you would like to discuss a return please contact customercare@liltulips.com with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Shipping charges paid to ship order are nonrefundable. When returning an item from an order that qualified for free shipping, discounts, or free items the cost of shipping/free items will be deducted from your refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping back. We do not charge a restocking fee.
EXAMPLE: order is $49 and our shipping cost to ship to you was $10 (you received free shipping) the $10 will be deducted from your return and will be refunded $39.
Free items may be returned with your product in new condition to be exempt from charges. The shipping costs on return items are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest purchasing Delivery Confirmation or Package Insurance as Lil' Tulip's will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Return Exceptions: The following items cannot be returned for any reason. This is to ensure that products that could be contaminated upon opening are sold in new condition and have not been opened, tested, or returned. This list includes, but is not limited to: Jellycats, stuff animals, creams, lotions, salves, soaps, detergents, sunscreens, nail polish, pacifiers, Wubbanubs, personal care items, brushes, lanolin, washes, detergent, bras, and underwear.
Clearance items, gift cards, or FINAL SALE items can not be returned for any reason. Used diapers may not be returned.
With inventory changing every minute, we unfortunately can't do any exchanges. Please request a return.
