Rewards FAQ and Policies
How do I earn rewards?
You earn one point for each dollar you spend at LilTulips.com. You will only earn points on full dollars: a purchase of $8.99 will earn you 8 points.
When will I receive my points on my order?
You will receive your points 14 days after you place your order.
Why didn't I get points from my order?
Please make sure you are logged into your account and/or paid via the same email as your account to ensure that you receive points. Additionally, some items in your order may be excluded from earning points.
Can I get points on past orders?
No, we can not give points on past orders. Please make sure you have an account set up and are logged in before placing your order to ensure that you receive points.
What can I do with points?
Save up your points to redeem for coupons that can be used online or in-store!
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 6 months from your last order.
I'm ready to redeem my points! How do I do it?
Click the "Rewards" box in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click on the "Redeem Points" button and follow the steps.
What is the point value worth?
100 points = $5
200 points = $10
300 points = $15
400 points = $20
Why isn't my code working?
There's a few reasons your code wouldn't work.
1) You are trying to use multiple codes. Our system only allows 1 code per order. Rewards are redeemed as a discount code.
2) You might have used the code already. Double check - have you already used this code on a previous order?
One of my codes worked, but the other won't. Why?
You can only redeem one code per order. This includes discounts and offers outside of the rewards program. If you've already entered in one code, all others will be unable to be used on that order.
Can I combine my points with another account?
No, there are no exceptions to this. Accounts cannot be merged with others or used with other accounts. Only account owner can use points and CANNOT be shared with others.
I redeemed my points and changed my mind. Can you give my points back?
No, we are not able to refund points.
Can I use my reward points on Special Order/Custom Order?
No
Can I use my reward points with Quantity pricing?
No
Why was I charged shipping on my order?
Orders within the US of $49+ qualify for free shipping. If the use of a coupon or code (rewards or otherwise) causes your total to drop below $49, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping.
I want to add something to my order. Can I?
No. Once orders have been placed we cannot change or modify them. Please be sure your order is accurate before checking out.
I want to return something from my rewards order. How much will I get refunded?
You will be refunded what you paid out of pocket (minus any shipping charges or restocking fees). If there are other items in your order that the rewards could have been applied to, we will do our best to apply the rewards there instead. If you return the entire order, you will not be refunded the value of your rewards coupon. We are unable to void the coupon to restore your points.
We have the right to cancel orders and close accounts down when there is abuse within the system (ex: numerous emails, but same person, using codes from other accounts, etc.)
We may edit or change the reward program at any time.
