Early Steps in French - Audiobook Card

The perfect way to introduce your little one (and you!) to learning French — through catchy songs, lively speaking and engaging rhymes. To learn French or any language with confidence means mastering its sounds, and knowing songs and rhymes from an early age helps children to do just that, totally naturally. They listen, they sing, they repeat... and the sounds are reinforced every time. Early steps in French takes us through a tuneful day in the life of a younger child, where we go to the park, are caught in the rain, look for animals in the woods, feed hens and meet other creatures through the charming songs, rhymes and spoken scenes. Even the smallest listeners will enjoy the range of musical moods — from the gentle, nature-inspired Auprès de ma blonde to the exciting back-and-forth exchanges of Au feu, les pompiers ! and from the jolly melodies of C’est Gugusse avec son violon to the sleepy harmonies of Sainte Maritaine. This is music for children that parents love too... with acoustic instruments, quality musicianship and high production values. So you can un-grit your teeth — while immersing your child in the sounds of French at their most language-receptive age. With your card you'll receive an illustrated digital booklet containing all the words and lyrics with their English translations, alongside notes and activity suggestions for younger listeners.
