I purchased this doll as a gift. It came naked with a bag on its head, tossed in a bag. The condescending owner/worker told me that the doll was pictured online with clothes because they couldn’t show a naked doll. Which sounded logical until I looked up the other dolls that were pictured naked. I’ve shopped here many times and always feel disappointed and a bit dingy. I do like this doll company and they sell these same dolls at pacifier in Woodbury. They have great customer service, treat people with respect and gift wrap beautifully!

The doll purchased was brand new and packaged as it comes directly from the manufacturer. For online orders placed for local pickup, items are prepared as packaged unless gift wrapping is requested at checkout—we are always happy to gift wrap when selected.
The product listing does state that the doll does not include clothing. While some photos are styled for display purposes, we acknowledge that a few images should have been clearer, and we appreciate this being brought to our attention.
